Change your thoughts for being happy
People have negative thoughts rather than positive ones so you can change the function of your brain ,and train yourself for being happy.
Practice mindfulness
Engross your mind with positive thoughts, searching, working on your goals and crooning a tune. Activities that promote meditation like including an enlarged peaceful, prayers, yoga, or spiritual reflection.
Make small events into appreciated experiences, smile a little, hop, and sing because they will not slip so quietly through the crack of memory.

There is a saying that says “you find what you look for “. So try to actively seek for positive in any experiences. Accept harsh experiences and learn from your failure because It will be a challenge for you so Don’t give up on your ideas and try , fail often and get over it quickly. There is power in determination, having a purpose. Positive thoughts have an important part of self-respect and overall life satisfaction. Optimism also makes your personal and relationships better. ” I am concerned about doing well but I am going to study to do my level best” this is a sample of saying that optimism out look will say.
Practice your active gratitude
Gratitude reduces anxiety and depression it helps you for being positive, strengthens your relationships with others and encourages compassion. It increases feelings of happiness so share your gratitude with others. A word of thanks even a brief one can make someone else feel appreciated. This sharing will help you remember what you are thankful for. Let the good things sink in. its not enough to just note good things when they happen. Think about them let them sink into your memory because that wonderful moments can be useful for you when times get tough.
Imagine your best possible self
This in as an exercise to increase your feelings of happiness and well-being. Imagine how the “future you” looks when you have achieved them your goals. Begin by imagining yourself in the future and pick a few goals and imagine that you have achieved them. Imagine what characteristics you will need to use to get you there.
Show yourself self-compassion
Giving in to negative thoughts will make you feel weak and unhappy as a result negative thoughts won’t allow promote improvement. It holds you back. From learning and growing instead, show yourself the same kindness you should show to a friend. Practice deep breathing, exercise and getting enough rest. Start your day with positive thoughts such as “I am a person worthy of love and respect”. Challenge negative thoughts.
Own your self/ happiness
This means to accept and embrace your habits, your personality, the way you talk/ look and your voice and everything that makes you ‘you”. Do remember that you are a unique person who has value and is worthy of love and respect. Try to be comfort with yourself because they will help you to increase your confidence to others and live happier. Love your body, practice and practice finding things to love about your body. Put sticky notes like “you’re beautiful “or “you are awesome” on your wall.
Make a list of your capability so be honest with yourself. Write everything that you know or are good at and don’t compare yourself negatively with others.
Set meaningful goals for yourself
Take a good long look at your life and ask from yourself” whom I want to be in future?” set goals that are meaningful to you and be realistic in fact making realistic goals doesn’t mean you have to limit yourself to what you know or can do now. It’s vital that you set goals that you can achieve. Frame your goals positively so that you are more likely to achieve them.
Choose extra activities that make you feel better.
Focus on people, positive relationships not on things. Push yourself out your comfort zone.
Smile
Science says that when you are smiling, whether you are happy or not, your mood is brushed. So smile whenever you can. Smiling is a good back loop. those who are smiling during tough times report less pain than those who kept their facial features abortive. Smiling releases endorphin, which are associated with pain relief and serotonin which is associated with happy feelings.
Treat your body like it deserves to be happy so eat right because eating healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and….. gives your body and brain the energy it needs to be healthy. Get enough restful sleep.
Stay close to friends and family
Our relationships with friends and family have a far greater impact on happiness.
Be compassionate
Compassion is all about doing something kind for someone in need. Increases of those around you by giving small gifts because it increases your happiness too.
Make friends
Be a peacemaker and have deep and meaningful conversation. Find the happiness in the kind of work you do now, even while you are seeking for a new career. If you have a positive outlook so you will make the best of any jobs. Find your flow at work because flow is a state of mind where a person is fully absorbed in what they are doing. And do remember that you should have the habit of forgiving.
Because forgiveness is something you do for you own not for others. Hating and having anger cause you immense hurt.
